“Service” means our website, workshops, and store. “User” means any visitor or customer.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may terminate accounts for misuse.

4. Purchases and Refunds

• Supplies: return unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
• Workshops: refunds available until 48 hours before start.
• Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

5. Workshops and Conduct

Be respectful and follow instructor guidance. We prohibit harassment or disruptive behavior. We do not guarantee specific creative outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including workshop materials, is owned by TrimMountain Botanics or its licensors. Personal use only. Do not redistribute without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrimMountain Botanics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, USA, without regard to conflict of laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms by posting a new version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
